How long credits last
Signing up grants credits to start with. Purchased credits and the signup bonus do not expire monthly — they carry over and stay valid for two years from the date they were granted. Closing the account forfeits whatever is left.
Is this a subscription?
No. You top up when you need to, and building a package draws it down. The balance does not move while you are not building.
What happens if a build fails?
Credits already drawn for a job that ran are not refunded. If a job does not complete properly for reasons on our side, we refund or restore the credits. The exact terms are in the Terms of Service.
Does keeping a finished package cost anything?
You download the package as a ZIP and register it with your LMS. Playing it there costs nothing further and draws no more credits.
