Xakar turns videos and PDFs into SCORM and xAPI packages. It does not stop at the conversion — the things that have to work on the learner's screen are built into the package itself. All three below are per-item switches you set when you build.

Show the learner's name, ID and timestamp over SCORM video and PDF packages. The mark moves every 10 seconds and uses the learner data your LMS passes in.
